KIEV, May 19 – Fidobank (Kiev) claims temporary difficulties with settling transactions of clients due to liquidity problems. The bank also explained its problems with payments by a sharp outflow of funds from accounts of clients in the past 24 hours amid the information pressure on clients.

"At the beginning of the week, Fidobank saw a small gap in liquidity that was not of a large risk for the bank. The multi-channel pressure on clients using personal calls, forums and mass media has resulted to the sharp outflow of funds from accounts of clients in the past 24 hours and worsened the situation. At present, the bank faces difficulties with settling transactions of clients," the press service of the bank reported on Wednesday.
