KIEV, May 18 - Ukraine won’t pay for Russian natural gas supplies delivered over the past 15 months to areas controlled by pro-Russian separatist groups in Donetsk and Luhansk, Naftogaz Ukrayiny said Wednesday.

Naftogaz responded to a $670 million bill from Gazprom asking Ukraine to pay for the supplies between February 2015 and April 2016.
