KIEV, May 17 – Ukraine's Infrastructure Ministry has called on haulers to observe legislation and warned that trucks weighing more than 40 tons would not be allowed on Ukrainian roads anymore.
The ministry said in a press release that legislation now permits shipment of cargos of no more than 40 tons (curb weight). The additional limits are the following: 44 tons for container carriers and 46 tons for vehicles running the routes defined by Ukravtodor and Interior Ministry's divisions.
