KIEV, May 16 – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden have agreed to sign a bilateral agreement under which the U.S. would extend the third tranche of loan guarantees worth $1 billion to Ukraine, the Ukrainian presidential press service reports.
Poroshenko and Biden "agreed to sign a bilateral agreement in the near future on granting Ukraine the third tranche of loan guarantees worth $1 billion," the presidential press service said, in commenting on a telephone conversation between Poroshenko and Biden.
