KIEV, May 13 – A full nuclear processing cycle in the Ukrainian power could be created in Ukraine if favorable conditions for investors are granted, Regional Development Minister Hennadiy Zubko said.

"Ukraine has own strategic map for this scenario [the creation of the full nuclear cycle]. Big investment is required, and the conditions are always needed for investment. The introduction of the law on the electricity market creates opportunities for investment. If these conditions, this basis, are granted, each investor who comes to Ukraine will understand how his funds could be returned. Then we will be able to speak about the full cycle. The creation of the full nuclear cycle in Ukraine is possible," he said.
