KIEV, May 11 – President Petro Poroshenko said in a decree that Ukraine's joining the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) is viable and ordered that head of the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Serhiy Savchuk to take care of filing a membership application to the international agency.
"Chairman of the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Serhiy Savchuk is to take care of filing Ukraine's membership application to the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA)," the president said in decree No. 200/2016 posted on the president's website late on Tuesday.
