KIEV, MAY 4 – Ukraine, Georgia and Kosovo may qualify for a visa-free regime with the EU in 2016, European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Johannes Hahn said.

There still needs to be a political decision, but Ukraine, Georgia and Kosovo have already met the necessary criteria, Hahn told Radio Liberty Europe/Radio Liberty.
