KIEV, April 29 – The National Bank of Ukraine has placed bank Unison on its list of insolvent banks because of its non-transparent structure of ownership, the NBU reported.

The decision is outlined in NBU resolution No. 300/BT of April 28.

Starting from the middle of 2014, the NBU several times informed bank Unison that its ownership structure did not meet transparency requirements.
