KIEV, April 19 - People living in areas not controlled by Kiev (in eastern Ukraine) will not be able to receive Ukrainian pensions there, the minister on the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons of Ukraine, Vadym Chernysh, said.
"The algorithm is very simple: people in the uncontrolled territories cannot now receive pensions there. We cannot do that because we have no control over these territories. People cannot receive pensions while there is no Ukrainian control there," he told Interfax-Ukraine.
