KIEV, April 19 - President Petro Poroshenko has instructed the Ministry of Finance and the State Fiscal Service to study the issue of Ukraine's accession to the convention on access to the accounts of non-residents.

Poroshenko made the order at a meeting with the representatives of the government, the parliament and the fiscal authorities on the development of legislative proposals in the field of 'de-offshorization' [regulating the banking activities of Ukrainian citizens in tax havens].
