KIEV, Feb. 28 - Antonov Corp, Ukraine??™s aircraft manufacturer, said Tuesday it will open an office in Russia to oversee a program of resuming production of its heavy cargo planes Ruslan An-124-100.

Production of Ruslan, the world??™s biggest transport aircraft ever serially produced, was discontinued after the breakup of the former Soviet Union in 1991.
