KIEV, April 18 – New Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk believes that his top priority goals are resumption of cooperation with the International Monetary Fund and the urgent systemic reform of the public finance area. The minister also said that the implementation of the coalition agreement is obligatory.

He said that he seeks to start the systemic reform of the public finance area and change the role of the Finance Ministry. The ministry's role as a functional and systemic tool for transforming all areas should be strengthened, he said in an interview Ukrainian weekly newspaper Dzerkalo Tyzhnia.
