KIEV, Feb. 28 ??“ Vetropack, a Swiss-based major European glass packaging producer, acquired a 75% stake in Gostomel Glass Factory, marking the company??™s further expansion in Eastern Europe.

Vetropack, which already owns plants Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Croatia and Slovakia, has been seeking to expand further East to capitalize on the booming demand for beverages in the region.
