KIEV, April 15 - Ukraine will seek to upgrade one of its oil refineries to make sure the country has enough domestically produced gasoline, Ihor Nasalyk, the newly appointed energy and coal industry minister, said Friday.
Nasalyk, who replaced Volodymyr Demchyshyn on the job following the government’s reshuffle on Thursday, said the $1 billion project will improve the refinery’s efficiency and the country’s energy security.
