KIEV, April 15 - President Petro Poroshenko had a telephone conversation with U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden, during which the parties discussed the implementation of reforms in Ukraine by the new government, the situation in Donbas and the plight of serviceperson and MP Nadia Savchenko, who is detained in Russia.

According to the press service of the Ukrainian head of state, Biden praised the formation of the new coalition in the Ukrainian parliament and the government led by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman.
