KIEV, April 14 – The Business Court of Kiev has returned without review the particulars of claim of Russia's Gazprom on the complaint about the decision of the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee to set a fine in the amount of UAH 85.966 billion ($3.4 billion at the current exchange rate].

"The reason for the return was the unreliable formation of the particulars of claim, and namely the failure to provide proof of authority of the person that signed the claim," the court said.

It is subpoenaing Naftogaz Ukrayiny and Uktransgaz as third parties in the case.
