KIEV, April 13 – Ukraine's State Food-Grain Corporation seeks to specify some provisions of the Chinese contract in part of uniqueness of partnership of China National Complete Engineering Corporation and principles of forming grain prices.

"The general agreement signed by CCEC and State Food-Grain Corporation is more an agreement of intent of the sides to trade with each other. The conventional grain supply contract should contain substantial conditions: at least price, volume, the basis for supplies, quality indicators and the period of shipments," acting State Food-Grain Corporation Chairman Borys Prykhodko said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
