KIEV, April 13 - The debt of the Ukrainian public for housing and utilities services in February 2016 fell by 31.6%, compared to January 2016, and amounted to UAH 7.374 billion, while the rise in January 2016 from December 2015 came to 22%, the State Statistics Service said.
The service said that the indicator does not include the public debt owed for housing and utilities services in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea and Sevastopol and part of the “Anti-Terrorist Operation“ zone. Data on Donetsk and Luhansk regions could be specified.
