BRUSSELS, April 7 – European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker was saddened by the results of a Dutch referendum on the Association Agreement between Ukraine and European Union, European Commission spokesman Margaritis Schinas said.

The EU-Ukraine association agreement was signed, and has been ratified by the European Parliament and 27 member states so far. Its provisional application will continue on the basis of a unanimous decision by the leaders of all 28 EU countries, Schinas said at a press conference on Thursday.
