KRAMATORSK, April 5 – Project leader of Berlin Relations GmbH Rolf Petri has shared proposals with Donetsk region's authorities concerning a joint project for the reform of the region's coal industry, Donetsk Regional Military and Civilian Administration's press service reported on Tuesday evening.

The presentation of the project was based on an example of the Ruhr, a polycentric urban area in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, which saw the formation of the coal industry late in the 60s of the 20th century.
