KIEV, April 5 – Prominvestbank (PIB, Kiev) will receive significant liquidity support from parent Vnesheconombank (VEB, Russia) this year. The bank currently sticks to the capital adequacy requirements, VEB Bank Chairman Sergei Gorkov said.
"Prominvestbank observes the capital adequacy requirements with a large margin. This makes us confident that we are able to work quietly on the market. From the point of liquidity, the records have been minimized. VEB has provided liquidity to PIB and intends to give more. I'm sure that the situation has been improved and will be steady soon," Gorkov said.
