KIEV, April 1 – U.S. Vice President Joe Biden has met with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and said the formation of a new government in Ukraine oriented towards cooperation with the International Monetary Fund opens possibilities for a third tranche.
"According to Joseph Biden, the formation of a new government, oriented on reforms and cooperation with the IMF, opens possibilities for providing the third loan guarantee of $1 billion, as well as for assistance of other international financial institutions," Poroshenko's press service said.
