KIEV, April 4 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny has sent its proposals on the complete separation of the function of the gas transport system operator from Naftogaz group to meet the requirements of the third EU Energy Package.

The state-owned holding sent the plan to the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry, Economic Development and Trade Ministry, the National Commission of Ukraine for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation, the Antimonopoly Committee, the Secretariat of the Energy Community and representatives of the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
