KIEV, March 25 – Supreme Economic Court Judge Viktor Shvets has been detained while receiving a bribe, the chief of Ukraine's State Security Service Oleksandr Tkachuk told Interfax-Ukraine.

"Indeed, there is a criminal case under Article 368 on obtaining illegal benefits, actually a bribe, with respect to this judge," Tkachuk said, noting that Shvets was detained on Thursday night. However, the SBU official gave no details as to the amount of the bribe, saying that there were a few episodes in the case.
