KIEV, March 15 – Ukraine and Turkey can establish an economic and political strategic partnership, Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Hennadiy Zhizhykov said.
"At a meeting between the Ukrainian and Turkish presidents [Turkish President] Recep Tayyip Erdogan suggested we set a goal of achieving $20 billion goods turnover by 2020. It is an extremely ambitious task if we take a look at the current situation. It cannot be done without forming strategic economic cooperation between our two countries and expanding it to other regions," Zhizhykov said at a business conference in Kiev.
