KIEV, March 14 – A decision to put Ukraine into the list of the states with which European Union cancels visa regime for short-term trips, should be backed both by European Parliament along with the qualified majority of the Council of EU, it means one, two or three EU member states won't be able to put a veto on the respective agreement.
This follows from the reply of the EU Delegation to Ukraine on the request of Europeiska Pravda (European Truth) edition posted on Monday. "The decision should be backed both by European Parliament as well as the Council of EU, which should back it under the qualified majority," the diplomatic mission said.
