KIEV, March 14 – U.S. and Canadian politicians don't recommend holding early parliamentary elections in Ukraine, but rather advise the continuance of reforms in the country, according to First Deputy Parliament Speaker Andriy Parubiy.
"I've recently returned from a working visit to Canada and the U.S., where I had the opportunity to meet with the prime minister, defense minister and Canadian MPs, as well as with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and congressmen. The main messages, recommendations, that I've brought are as follows: no early elections, maintain unity at least on the level of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc and People’s Front factions, carry out reforms, and fight against corruption," Parubiy said in an interview with Focus magazine published on Friday.
