KIEV, March 12 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny has noted the critical importance of another increase in gas tariffs for the population in April as stipulated in Ukraine's memorandum with the International Monetary Fund.

"Tariffs should be changed in March. If we do not do this, we'll miss the key point. This is important not only for Naftogaz but for the whole country," Naftogaz Head Andriy Kobolev said at the 12th annual investment conference of Dragon Capital in Kiev.
