KIEV, March 4 – Dnipropetrovsk's Interpipe Pipe and Wheel Company has renewed its complaints about an acute shortage of scrap ferrous metal in Ukraine, noting 53,000 tons of supply last month amounted to only 23% of projected demand (234,000 tons).

The company said, referring to information from the Metallurgprom Association (Dnipropetrovsk), that scrap metal production in Ukraine in January and February 2016 fell lower than demand on the domestic market. In February it was 181,000 tons.
