KIEV, March 4 – DTEK is Ukraine's largest leaser of state-run property, with its leasing of the property of Dobropilliavuhillia bringing UAH 13.9 million a month to the budget and property of Bilozerska Mine – UAH 3.7 million, the State Property Fund said in a list on leasing agreements signed as of March 1.

In addition, Cherkasy Khimvolokno leases Cherkasy combined heat and power plant and pays UAH 2.7 million a month.
