KIEV, March 3 – The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the financial plan of Ukrzaliznytsia that was submitted by Infrastructure Minister Andriy Pyvovarsky.

The financial plan was drawn up, taking into account the increase in the tariffs on freight transportation by rail in 2016 by 15% from March 1, 2016. The cabinet agreed the increase of the tariffs via the approval of the financial plan, although this does not mean the instantaneous increase in the tariffs, as the issue is to be agreed with several other agencies.
