KIEV, Feb. 26 – If Russia doesn't cancel an embargo on the import of foods from Ukraine and doesn't lift restrictions on transit shipments to Kazakhstan, Ukraine may initiate World Trade Organization dispute proceedings, Ukrainian trade envoy Nataliya Mykolska said.
"The next step will be the transfer of the so-called dispute and initiation of the [dispute] proceedings on foods. If Russia doesn't resolve the issue with transit to Kazakhstan, it will also cover Kazakhstan," she said at a forum of the Ukrainian Bar Association, answering a question from Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.
