KIEV, Feb. 26 – Ukraine has returned EUR 2.5 million in unused funds left from the sale of Kyoto quota units in 2009, the Ukrainian Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry said.

"Ukraine's State Treasury Service on February 15, 2016, returned EUR 2,490,534.65 to the Japanese side," the press service said.
