KIEV, Feb. 24 – Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko has spoken at the international conference dedicated to the issues relating to HIV/AIDS, poverty and inequality in metropolitan cities in Washington and expressed his support for the initiatives of the conference participants.

"Kiev welcomes Fast-Track Cities – the global initiative to combat HIV, and we are ready to become part of a team of selected cities to promote innovation in the path to stopping the AIDS epidemic," the press service of Kiev City State Administration quoted Klitschko as saying.
