KIEV, Feb. 18 - The Samopomich party faction's pullout from Ukraine's governing coalition will leave the parliamentary majority with only two factions - Petro Poroshenko Bloc and [Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk] People's Front - with a total number of 217 MPs.

Under Article 83 of the Ukrainian Constitution, the coalition must include at least 226.
