KIEV, Feb. 18 - Ukraine's cooperation with the International Monetary Fund is important in the context of monetary stability because the cost of the sowing campaign for farmers depends on the hryvnia exchange rate, of Agricultural Policy and Food Minister Oleksiy Pavlenko said.
"The criticality of the situation lies in the fact that due to the hryvnia devaluation the cost of production is growing, respectively the amount of funds needed for the sowing campaign is higher," he wrote on his Facebook page.
