KIEV, Feb. 17 – The Ukrainian government has urged activists to unblock transit of Russian trucks on the territory of Ukraine to execute international obligations taken by partner countries and to retain places of work.
"I ask you, maybe you should talk to heads of regional administration, come to the press conference to clearly explain the positions of the government in the issue, which implies that we will unblock trucks that were blocked on the Ukrainian territory. Everyone will return and then the issue of transit transportation will be settled using the reciprocity principle," Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said, addressing Infrastructure Minister of Ukraine Andriy Pyvovarsky at a cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
