KIEV, Feb. 17 - The Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry has reached agreement with the Russian Transport Ministry that Ukrainian semi-trailer trucks which have been stuck in Russian territory or in some Asian countries because of Russia's decision to suspend their transit passage across its territory will be able to go home unimpeded.
"In exchange, the Ukrainian side will allow Russian trucks waiting to return home from EU countries to pass across Ukrainian territory. The Ukrainian side will make sure that convoys of Russian automobiles will pass under escort toward the border with the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus," the Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry said in a statement.
