KIEV, Feb. 1 - Ukrainian authorities could this week send the updated Memorandum of Economic and Financial Policies in the framework of the Extended Fund Facility program to the International Monetary Fund, which will enable the fund within two or three weeks to consider the issue to Kiev of the third tranche in the amount of SDR1.18 billion ($1.63 billion), National Bank of Ukraine Governor Valeriya Gontareva said.
