KIEV, Jan. 28 – Over half of Ukrainian citizens positively assess the country's joining the European Union, according to a poll conducted in December by the Kiev International Institute of Sociology (KIIS).
According to the poll, if a referendum on Ukraine's joining the EU was held in December 2015, 53% of residents of Ukraine would support the country's joining the EU, 23% would oppose it and for 24% of respondents it would be difficult to say or they would not take part in it.
