KIEV, Jan. 25 - In 2015 thermal power plants (TPP) and combined heat and power (CHPP) in Ukraine received 2.039 million tons of imported steam coal, a source in the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry has told Interfax-Ukraine.

During this period South Africa supplied 1.206 million tons of coal, Russia 760,300 tons, Poland 71,900 tons, and Australia 900 tons.
