KIEV, Jan. 25 – Ukrainian businessmen Victor Pinchuk and Ihor Kolomoisky have reached a $2 billion dispute settlement out of court, The Telegraph reported.
The central issue of the current case was Pinchuk's claim that he brokered a deal with his former business partner ex-governor of Dnipropetrovsk region Kolomoisky to buy Kryvy Rih Iron Ore Combine, a former Soviet nationalized industry, and has been seeking up to $2 billion in damages plus his original GBP 90 million investment.
