KIEV, Jan. 19 – Ukraine's Economic Development and Trade Ministry has hired Odgers Berndtson, which is engaged in the executive recruitment and international executive search, to select candidates for the positions of independent members of Naftogaz Ukrayiny’s supervisory board, the ministry said in a statement.

"The supervisory board will have five members, three of them will be independent, and the other two will be appointed by the government. Candidates for the supervisory board's independent members will be selected by the committee for the selection of top managers of strategically important enterprises, which consists of five ministers and five independent members from international financial institutions and the business environment. The composition of the supervisory board will be endorsed by the Economic Development and Trade Ministry," the statement said.
