KIEV, Jan. 18 – Ukrgazvydobuvannia saw a 3.9% decline in gas output in 2015, to 14.528 billion cubic meters, the company said on Monday. "This is 100.1% of the annual plan, excluding spending on production in the Anti-Terrorist Operation zone," the company said.
