KIEV, Jan. 15 - The State Security Service (SBU) suspects the officials of the E-Pay payment system of aiding and abetting the terrorist activities of the so-called Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), reads a December 23, 2015 ruling of the Pechersky District Court posted in the State Court Rulings Register.

According to the document, the Pechersky District Court at the request of a SBU investigator decided to arrest the funds of the E-Pay payment system on the bank account at PJSC National Bank for Development (Kiev), which is currently under liquidation, in connection with suspicion of aiding and abetting the terrorist activities of the so-called DPR and LPR.
