KIEV, Jan. 14 – Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has asked the Justice Ministry to check the lawfulness of the formation of gas tariffs for households by the National Commission on Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation.

"I've ordered that the Justice Ministry to check the decision of the NCER regarding the fact that I have received bills that are not in line with Ukrainian law where regional gas supply companies include additional expenses on transportation of natural gas, which is not outlined in Ukrainian law. I ask to check and show me what legal grounds are for making the decision by the commission," he said.
