KIEV, Jan. 12 - Ukraine started imports of European natural gas thanks to a $300 million loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national energy company, reported Tuesday.

Naftogaz last month picked Noble Clean Fuels Limited of the U.K. and Engie SA of France as suppliers of European gas within the EBRD loan.
