KIEV, Jan. 12 – The Cabinet of Ministers plans to narrow the use of old paper passports of Ukrainian citizens, replacing them by electronic ones, according to cabinet resolution No. 1428 of December 23, 2015 published on Monday.

The cabinet approved the concept of the creation of the national identification system for Ukrainian citizens, foreigners and persons without citizenship.
