KIEV, Feb. 16 - Eurocar, a Ukrainian manufacturer of Volkswagen Group cars, plans to increase its capital 25.7% to 88.1 million hryvnias through an issue of new shares, the company said Thursday.

Eurocar plans to issue 18 million hryvnias in new shares and the matter will be discussed by the shareholder meeting scheduled om March 28, the company said.
