KIEV, Jan. 6 – Ukraine's national commission for financial service markets regulation plans to annul insurance licenses of double liability Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company, private joint-stock Guta-Ukraine Insurance Company (both based in Kiev) and private joint-stock Guarantee Life Insurance Company (Kharkiv), citing the fact that residents of Russia own corporate rights in the companies and control them.

The resolution of December 31, 2015 was posted on the regulator's website and it will take effect on January 30, 2016.
